As a strategist and implementer, I handle day-to-day management of personnel as well as focus on growing our business. I'm responsible for the overall performance and profitability metrics for our association clients, serving as the chief of staff for all association solutions talents allocated and dedicated to full service management. My reputation is that everyone matters!

Lotz also serves as the Executive Director of the Association Foundation Group which joined the Coulter client list in July 2010. During her time with AFG, Lotz led the organization through a business planning process and the revamping of several key programs including the website and digital newsletter.

As the Chief of Staff for one of MCI USA's clients, I make sure that we are exceeding all expectations and deliverables. I love working with smart and creative people so helping them be successful makes me successful.

As Coulter's awards program advisor, Lotz coordinated the launch of the Gies Awards, the pre-eminent recognition of exceptional contribution to and support of oral health and oral health education around the world, and an inaugural program of the American Dental Education Association Gies Foundation. In its launch year, the Gies Award surpassed all expectations in number of nominations, attendance, fundraising and media impressions. In 2012, the Gies Awards celebrated its fifth anniversary with record-setting attendance and sponsorship revenue.

Since PDC and MCI USA began its partnership, we have collaborated to grow PDC in key metrics, membership, conference attendance, engagement and revenue. Our team has well exceeded these goals and produced significant reserves for the association.

Served as Interim Executive Director for an association focused on education and credentialing.

* Served as Executive Producer for Gracie Awards Gala and Luncheon. The Gracies honors programming by, for and about women as well as individual achievements. Primary responsibilities and accomplishments: * Managed entry submission and judging * in ten years more than nearly doubled number of entries and tripled the amount of revenue. * Managed all winners and talent logistics and outreach including VIP and celebrities. Recent attendees include: Tina Fey, Taylor Swift, Sally Field, Aisha Tyler, Melissa Etheridge, Meredith Vieira and Jessica Simpson. Other responsibilities include: * Assisted with red carpet and press logistics. 2014 coverage included Variety (both print and digital) as well as US Weekly and Hollywood Reporter. * Assisted with fundraising efforts. Primary contact with top two sponsors.

* Key Accomplishments and Responsibilities: * Served as Executive Producer of the Gracie Awards which saw significant growth during tenure. * Developed and secured funding for new student scholarships which in 2014 gave away more $20,000 in scholarship monies. * Worked to help secure more than $150,000 in corporate support for 2014 including a sponsor who has more than doubled their financial support since they first partnered with Foundation in 2008. * Managed day to day operations of the organization for more than 10 years. * Led the budgeting process and review of monthly financial statements. * Began at Manager level and was promoted three times ending as Executive Vice President.

When HCEA became one of MCI USA's client, we focused on bringing a lot of change. In less than a year, our team led HCEA through a website redesign, rebranding of annual conference, and revamping of membership model. And now the HCEA is back in the black financially and enjoying positive member engagement.
