Reviewed existing India processes and practices and provided recommendations for Process Optimization throughout ATC India’s Feasibility and Sales organization Facilitated international collaboration between ATC India IT, Marketing, Sales, Collocation, Operations throughout Xcel integration

Responsibilities included overseeing the entire process workstream for all new revenue for the domestic company. Managed escalated customer issues, internal cross functional issues, and developed and maintained multiple processes, systems, procedures and policies which are still maintained within the industry.
