Oversee the daily operations of northern and central AZ branches including all client satisfaction and care plans, strategic planning for long-term company success, and ensuring top-tier care provision. Lead in the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and management of all care providers and administrative staff.

Independently operated a recreation therapy department in a 130-bed LTAC rehabilitation hospital to patients with medical complexities. Developed strategic methods to continuously elicit high patient-satisfaction results and stood as a leader in the community outreach board for the Spaulding network. Sat as the Spaulding Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) Co-Chair as nominated by administration and past/present patients due to interpersonal relationship skills and producing high-quality work. Designed and executed collaborative facility improvement plans.

Oversaw recreation department units including program planning, group implementation, Recreation Assistant staff, community outings, and necessary documentation; involved in hiring processes and other management tasks.

Completed a 12-credit post-graduate certificate program in Human Resource Management.
