I am a trained journalist and communications professional with wide ranging skills and experience, and an eye for a story developed from 7 years as a BBC production journalist on flagship news programmes. I have worked in comms for both very big and very small charities, and so have experienced both working to a strict branding and organisational story, and also being innovative, autonomous and industrious as the sole comms person in an small organisation. I have experience in writing for many formats, content creation, gaining press coverage and social media management. Helping people to tell their real life stories to raise awareness and affect change motivates me.
