As Head of Operations in the outdoor hospitality industry, I bring order to complexity—launching new properties, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring that every guest experience feels intentional, seamless, and unforgettable. I currently oversee operations for a growing portfolio of resorts, including luxury landscape hotels as well as multiple RV resorts. Each property has its own identity, audience, and rhythm and I’ve learned how to manage the complexity while keeping the guest at the center. My role is deeply integrated: I manage daily operations, coordinate with third-party vendors and marketing teams, oversee financial performance, and guide site-level managers to execute with clarity and purpose. From property launches to full-scale operational turnarounds, I bring a strategic but practical approach to every challenge. What sets me apart is how I lead. I’m hands-on, people-focused, and grounded in accountability. I believe the best teams are built on clarity, kindness, and shared expectations—and that the best guest experience starts with a strong internal culture. My leadership style is direct, supportive, and always focused on solutions. Through my consulting company, Amity Outdoors, I also support hospitality owners and operators looking to grow or improve their businesses. I help identify bottlenecks, align team roles, create SOPs, and map out scalable systems.
