1. Ensure compliance with company standards regarding Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Ethics, Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, for self and team. 2. Manage the order to delivery process, in terms of payment, product availability, lead-time, logistics arrangement and documentation. Ensure customer service activities are fully compliance in ISO, SOX requirements. 3. Drive improvement initiatives to standardize and optimize the existing process for whole OTC procedure and maximize customer satisfaction. 4. Manage third party toll manufacturing and purchase for resale (PFR) manufacturers (Warehouse & Logistics Process, Toll Process, PFR Process). 5. Analyze logistics costs, lead times and supply chain footprint on orders (tank rentals, rail and truck, demurrage, etc.) and make recommendations on how to optimize performance and/or lower cost. Lead Logistics Wave initiatives to drive operation efficiency. 6. Responsible for the finished goods, slow moving and obsolete (SLOB) and other inventory at Huntsman plants and toll manufacturers to deliver working capital targets 7. Responsible for driving performance improvement of the following metrics: OTIF, Logistics cost /Wave, the 3-month rolling DIO and DOH metrics with basis of both actual and forecast and the inventory plan performance metrics 8. Analyze OTIF metrics to improve on time and in time delivery performance. Develop recommendations on steps that can be taken to address gaps. Work with site teams and shared services to drive improvements in OTIF 9. Develop and build necessary skills in the organization by training, coaching and oversight

1 Lead and Standardize Asia Supply Planning Process Responsible for Asia monthly S&OP supply review process, ensure sub regions are aligned with standardize planning process in Asia. Work on Scenario Planning, align with global IBP asset managers with options to balance the demand and supply. Represent Asia in global demand and supply review, align cross pole shipment plan, manage the change process during the execution. Responsible for providing guidance to country MRP controller and demand planning team in replenishment scheduling and local deliveries. Lead SAP MRP projects in Asia, improve the platform for end to end planning 2 Lead Asia inventory management process Responsible for Asia inventory management, define clear inventory strategy and differentiated service offering, lead inventory target review process in Asia. Ensure local country are aligned in the regional inventory management process, intra-regional opportunities are maximised. 3 Supply cost management Identify and conduct cost benefit analysis on supply costs Monitor and drive supply chain cost improvement projects 4 Interfaces between Global IBP Managers and Demand Managers Act as a Key Liaison and maintain effective communications between Global IBP Managers and Demand Managers to efficiently implement and execute business activities. Responsible for the consolidation of supply activities database, for trend analysis Monitor and provide timely communication on demand exceptions and provide alternative solutions for order exigencies. 5 New Product Introduction Work with commercial and marketing to ensure appropriate supply strategies are agreed for new products and local translations Ensure all system set up is complete prior to new product trial manufacture. 6 Performance manager Define APAC performance matrix to make sure fully alignment with global strategy Design report and other tools to track all the KPIs , work out plan for continuously improvement

-Reponsable for Songjiang/Zhuhai plants and more than 10 distribution center's demand planning, supply planning and scheduling related activites for all BUs in LZ -Lead and provide guidance to China Supply Planning team in terms of team’s performance management and career development -Work effectively with Global Supply Chain in US and Europe to leverage opportunities and to resolve supply constraints -Assure all processes are maintained to effectively execute the daily functions needed to provide value to both Operations and Lubrizol customers, while simultaneously working to eliminate redundancies and reduce inefficiencies -Develop and maintain key business relationships to help LZ achieve its business objectives -Organize and lead monthly AP S&OP meetings. -Balance and optimize inventory and customer service level -Guide stock strategy and stock policy setting, new product trail run and product transfer plan -Reponsible for Non-working and slow moving inventory reduction -Leading planning team to optimize operation and logistic cost -Work as AP planning coordinator, lead AP inventory guide project to provide instruction to all AP planners -Represent AP in global planning council -Lead continues improvement projects

-Allocate forecast and received orders to production lines and manager shortage -Support customer service with supply information on standard leadtimes and order status -Prepare and participates monthly S&OP meetings for Great China(three plants), and finalize master plan -Apporve raw material purchasing for three plants -Inventory control and make decision on safety stock setting -Feedback sales forecast accuracy -Order fulfillment according to customer requests, business priorities and S&OP decisions -Discrepancy analysis between actual production and master plan -Monthly production and delivery report -SAP support for MM/PP/APO module -6sigma project leader

-Develop/coordinate/implement local Make Team production schedule. -Plan/schedule procurement, manufacturing & delivery of materials. -Quality/integrity of relevant Master Data for the Planning & Scheduling Business Processes Provide logistics/inventory mgt expertise to balance demand, capacity & customer requirements in the Supply Chain. -Work as a power user, training new employee scheduling and SAP skill -Work as a core team member on CE/transfer/new process project -Work out the S&OP plan every month -Lead 6 sigma project, and lean project Need to make decision on -Stocking Strategies: how to manage each material within my responsibility(MTS/MTO) -Inventory Settings: how much and the quantity of safety stock -Production Schedules: what to make, when, where, and how much -Systems Management: how to reflect these strategies decisions within SAP!!! Inventory Control -Maintain/report key KPIs as identified by the Supply Chain -Responsible/accountable for completion of the Production Logistic Workflow. -Make sure inventory policy has been followed. -Work collaboratively with Reliability, Quality and other supply chain team members to manage abnormal inventory (Slow Moving/Blocked/Restricted/Out of Maximum Storage Time).
