Provided EA support to the Chief Product Officer & Founder Tom Singh OBE at New Look Retailers Daily tasks included organising meetings (internally & externally) plus complex diary management, organising international travel (including Visa applications and itineraries), expenses, appraisals, pulling together of PowerPoint presentations/spreadsheets, taking of minutes and managing agenda for weekly meetings, inbox management, meeting & greeting of external clients, email & telephone correspondence and personal tasks. Role evolved and became more strategically focused with time spent on project work, extensive budget management including quarterly reviews with the finance team and responsibility of an admin assistant who took over the traditional day to day PA tasks.

Lived in New York for 6 months to study at the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising (LIM) and undertook a work placement at Kenneth Cole.
