As an HR intern at Ashok Leyland, I worked on the initiative to start company-wide Behaviour-based Safety Programs. I assessed the current safety conditions of workers on the shop-floors and provided recommendations on how these safety programs could be implemented.

A combined knowledge of supply chain processes and analytics has provided me the required expertise to understand, analyze and improve supply chains that will add value to the business.

I have completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Information Systems and Human Resources.
