Qiddiya City is one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga-projects under vision 2030, being developed as a world-class entertainment, sports, culture, and lifestyle destination near Riyadh. I work as Director of Planning within the Central Development Unit, leading City-Wide master programming, integrated master schedules, and cross-portfolio interdependencies to ensure that mega assets and enabling utilities are aligned and ready to support major city milestones and global events.

Diriyah Gate project is one of Saudi Arabia’s giga projects aligned with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. This USD $62 Billion project is a transformative mixed-use development at the heart of the Kingdom’s cultural capital. I rejoined KBR as Senior Manager/Deputy Director for project controls to play a key role in KBR’s sitewide project management consultancy (PMC) team on phase 2 of this project. My tasks included managing a team of planning, controls, and reporting professionals to produce accurate and high-quality planning deliverables and progress reports across over 80 delivery packages. I provided senior-level oversight of planning and project control activities including the coordination efforts across multiple projects and stakeholders and prepared high-profile progress presentations for chiefs and project executives to facilitate strategic decision making.

Upper South Creek Networks program is delivering greenfield infrastructure to service a large catchment area in Western Sydney. I was assigned to oversee the Program Controls operations including scheduling, cost management, estimation, risk management, and reporting to support efficient and effective delivery of the program.

As part of WaterSecure JV, I joined KBR to lead planning/scheduling tasks on one of the biggest projects within the major dams program “Wyangala Dam Wall Raising Project. My duties include: • Manage the master schedule of the project and perform regular updates • Perform regular schedule quality and health checks to ensure compliance with project requirements, governance, governmental processes, and procedures • Coordinate schedule interfaces with package leads to develop interlinks among different work packages in the schedule. • Report and follow up on project critical issues and areas of concerns. • Align cost with schedule and provide inputs for cashflows and spend profiles • Provide scheduling support to decision makers within WINSW and DPE. • Run what-if scenarios for different dam wall raise options and provide schedule comparisons. • Issue regular reports on key milestones, key achievements, lookaheads, schedule risks, and opportunities. • Perform and facilitate quantitative schedule risk assessments and develop P50 & P90 baseline schedules.

I have been assigned as a Lead Scheduler for the southern region to control various projects at South Sydney including water, stormwater, sewer networks as well as pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants. My Duties include: Develop and update project schedules for all phases from initiation until closure phase on Primavera. Develop and update cashflow projections considering approved budgets, actual accruals, revised scope variations, and remaining costs. Utilise Earned Value Management (EVM) to examine project performance. Prepare regular time interval progress reports and Key Performance Indicators to Sydney Water management to illustrate progress trends and performance of contractors and design consultants. Liaise with project managers to analyse areas of concerns with the use of updated schedule critical paths and establishing corrective actions as needed. Review Extension of Time claims and present findings to senior managers. Leading and directing a team of three schedulers and monitoring work performance and productivity to ensure high quality outputs. Attend monthly projects review meetings and southern region leadership meetings and present progress and scheduling reports to the senior managers.

QSAB is a Government Audit organisation. The Capital Projects and Contracts Division was established to provide surety capital project developers are using public funds effectively. My role is developing audit methodologies, leading a team of professional specialists, and conducting highly detailed technical audits of the project and construction delivery process from feasibility to close-out. Audits include all aspects of project performance including initiation, procurement, schedules, budgets, contracts, risks, construction, safety, quality, delays and variations.

Duties included: Analysing and verifying all programs and schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction. Monitoring project performance, reviewing reports and progress, identifying issues and concerns Analysing and recommending corrective actions and improved delivery methodologies. Evaluating change, analysing impacts and interfaces. Completing forensic delay analysis to interrogate and negotiate Extension of Time Claims Leading and directing the planning team. Projects included: Lusail City Development: A newly designed and constructed city with state of art infrastructure 16 KM Utility Tunnel – a unique tunnel containing all services and primary infrastructure for the marina district including water, cooling, waste collection, HV power, SCADA systems, lighting, CCTV and fiber optics. 14 KM of Roads and Utilities Including Wastewater Network, Stormwater Network, and Street Lighting. 44 Electrical Substations Seven Water Pumping Stations and Reservoirs Telecommunication Central Building Construction of six Marina Bridges Wastewater Packages including STP’s Landscaping (soft & hard)

Turner International were engaged as PMCM for UpTown Cairo, a new fully self-contained gated community built on 1,000 acres. I managed programs, schedules, and cash flow. Duties included: Reviewing, analysing and verifying programs and schedules for 12 contracts. Preparing cash flow projections for all 27 projects. Interrogating programs and providing recommendations to improve outcomes. Managing interfaces, logistics and materials to improve efficiency. Monitoring project progress, preparing and analysing project reports. Forensic planning and analysing, verifying or disputing progress claims, variations and EOTs.
