I started my organization change facilitator journey armed with a rich corporate experience working with organizations like Suzlon, HSBC - UK, and HDFC Bank. My objective has always been to empower people by using various interventions that can bring about a mindset shift. My passion as a change agent has led me to create stimulating learning designs and customized signature programs for my clients. My interventions are interactive, engaging, and highly impactful as I adeptly utilize my insight of working with various industries, cultures, and organizations. My core interventions expand to the areas of Culture consulting, OKR and KPI based Performance management, Change Management, HR Best Practices, Leadership Coaching , Competency and Learning Initiatives, DEI, Growth Mindset & Innovation Culture, Design Thinking , Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement My journey has been one of continuous learning and exploration to become a better consultant and a coach.
