DLL, a global leader in vendor financing, is set to embark on a new journey where in addition to their traditional equipment/product leasing solutions they are committed to introduce a new business solutions called "Pay Per Use". Pay per use is also an equipment/product leasing solutions but it's different in the sense that customers need to pay based on the actual usage of equipment/product. This feature of PPU will enhance sustainability (continuous monitoring and increasing product lifetime) and flexibility (Use as one need) in equipment/product usage. In addition it will encourage deeper customer relationships by realizing and delivering the full value of the product. As a team we were assigned the task on How DLL can successfully enable a culture of innovation and how such innovations can be implemented. We addressed this questions with specific focus on "Pay Per use". Our recommendations were intrinsic in terms of creating motivation within people for innovating new business ideas, incentives and KPIs to promote innovation and resources that are required to enable and implement such innovation.

- Led procurement and sourcing activities for 3 large-scale Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects with a combined capacity of 800MW and project value of 750 Million Euros. - Managed end-to-end sourcing for EPC scope, including turbines, generators, balance of plant equipment, civil works, and auxiliary systems. - Negotiated high-value CAPEX contracts with global OEMs and subcontractors, achieving significant cost savings while ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery. - Developed and executed supplier qualification and evaluation frameworks for critical equipment and services. - Coordinated procurement strategy with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets. - Oversaw logistics and supply chain risk management, mitigating delays and ensuring on-time commissioning of power plants. - Implemented long-term supplier partnerships, reducing procurement cycle times and improving vendor performance. - Ensured compliance with HSE, regulatory, and contractual requirements across international suppliers and contractors.

Managed all processes related to planning and finalization of Civil Works and Mechanical Supply and installation works for 4 X 270 MW Coal fired power plant project. Represented Procurement department in project core meetings, risk analysis and opportunity and improvement meetings.

Managed all processes related to planning, outsourcing and finalization of operations and maintenance contracts for different units of stainless steel manufacturing plant.

Managed all processes related to planning and Procurement of steel items for expansion project of Alumina refinery. Managed entire inland transportation contracts.
