- Lead site and shutdown projects, managing planning, resources, budgets, and safety compliance to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. - Prepare and review engineering drawings, technical reports, and certification documents in line with NATA accreditation and ISO quality standards. -Provide technical leadership in the design, modification, repair, and testing of valves, actuators, and gearboxes, guiding junior engineers and technicians to ensure correct materials, processes, and compliance with standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workshop and site operations, enhancing quality, safety, and process performance.

- Manage and schedule workshop activities and valve service operations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. - Supervise and mentor valve technicians and apprentices, ensuring compliance with NATA standards for valve repair, testing, and certification. - Prepare and review test certificates, job cards, and technical reports for all workshop services. - Address and resolve technical challenges, offering innovative solutions. - Use Odoo ERP to streamline quotes, services, and supplier coordination, improving workflow efficiency. - Lead toolbox talks and participate in Health and Safety meetings to ensure workplace safety compliance.

- Manage workshop activities, staff, and plan and schedule maintenance. - Led valve reconditioning, including isolation, control, and safety valves, as well as positioner calibration. - Prepare technical reports for each valve overhaul, including work procedures for client submission. - Train technicians on valve testing using REVALVE test benches. - Supervise shutdown projects, valve repairs, and certification.

- Perform planned maintenance, troubleshooting, valve repairs, and testing with minimal supervision, ensuring safe, efficient operations per manufacturer procedures and standards. - Conduct quick repair/replacement of valves to be installed thereby optimizing production up-time. - Provide seamless day-to-day support and follow-up within the area of responsibility. - Complete administrative tasks, including work orders, timesheets, valve updates, and reports.

- Leading the manufacturing and Welding processes of all API and General Engineering Products. - Responsible for assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of API 6A Gate Valves. - Perform hydrotesting on Well Control Equipment using the SARA SAE HP Test Unit.

- Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with technical requirements. - Check technical drawings before delivering them to the production team. - Review NDT, Heat Treatment, and Hydro Test reports for acceptance before customer delivery. - Prepare Quality Activities Documentation, including COC, Hardness, and QC Reports.
