I’m a dedicated fitness professional with experience delivering one-to-one personal training, high-energy group exercise classes, and gym floor support in a commercial gym environment. I specialise in creating safe, effective, and engaging training programmes tailored to individual goals, abilities, and lifestyles. I’m passionate about helping people build confidence in the gym, improve strength and fitness, and develop sustainable habits that support a health lifestyle and wellbeing. Whether coaching clients individually, leading group sessions, or supporting members on the gym floor, I focus on correct technique, motivation, and creating a positive training experience. I assisted qualified mechanics with the day-to-day running of the workshop. My tasks includes carrying out the basic vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tyre checks, and fluid top-ups. I observed and learned how to diagnose mechanical problems, use tools and equipment safely, and follow health and safety procedures that gets carried the workshop. I also help keep the workshop organised, assisted with moving vehicles, and supported customer service by observing how mechanics communicate with customers about repairs. This experience helped me develop practical skills, teamwork, time management, and I got to know how jobs get handed to mechanics to start working on the vehicle this opportunity is giving me a better understanding of how a professional garage operates.

Completed this work experience during the summer after my first year of college, gaining practical exposure to vehicle maintenance operations and developing a foundational understanding of engine components.
