*Manage all the transmission capacities needed for expansion of our company's network. *provision of all the company' network and maintain the best route,suitable capacity and the nearest point to be connected such that our company can save effort,time and expenses while gaining alot of revenue *operate&maintain desired Leased circuits from our land line comapny to expand our network. *driving the best quality of service to be served to our highly appreciated customers. *try to stay number one operator by sacrificing with all our effort and time.

*Worked as a sales representative who is responsible of concluding contracts with other companies to market their products... *lead a meeting with needed stakeholders in any place to finalise the contract. *Search and dig about the key accounts to gain revenue to the company. *Role plays performance to enhance the process and the way you market the customer's product.

*How to grap a new projects to the company. *To take the challenge to make new agreements between other companies. *How to make formal proposal and presentation management and writing. *Inspect for the suitable seductive profitable deals and agreements with the different companies. *Trained to manage SLAs between different companies. * to deliver a project E2E and align all the concerned stakeholders.

*Was responsible of supervision in the network in many different parts of egypt. *Response to the trouble tickets for any outages (O&M). *Design and implement the land lines-fibre and equipments. *WOs of capacities implementation to be signed to different operators and ISPs. *then i have travelled to be in Alex switch to start a new challenge: 1-O&M on spot through different land lines off shores (Abu talalt - alex station) 2-O&M of the cabinets buried in the high way to cover a certain region. 3-check and deliver new equipment from a tender of several vendors (like Alcatel - Huwai). training through this journey: 1-Submarine Cable Landing Station Dept. in Alexandria: Training Period: 2 months ( June-July 2010) Training Place: Alexandria O&M Dept. Telecom Egypt Company Training Contents: *Trained how international cable can be welded. *How to deal with any cable cut either in the sea or the land *Trained to have a great Awareness to all submarine equipments. *Trained to deal with the supervision of all submarine projects. *Trained to maintain any error occurred between different projects. *Trained how to operate any recommended circuit between service provider and client all over the world (Carriers abroad) *Familiar to SDH technology. *Trained how to install equipments like (SLTEs, TLTEs, DWDM, PFEs……….) *Trained how to add & drop high level capacities *Trained in a lot of places (Abu Talat landing station, Sadat interfacing station, kom Hamada interfacing station…..) *How to make a daily check for the different projects and check if there are any alerts. *Familiar to ALCATEL-Lucent equipments, Siemens and Huawei. * *Great knowledge about (Regromming, upgrade for any project, Restoration for the circuits………..) *Familiar for Power Feeding System all over each projects like (SMW-4 , IMEWE, TE-NORTH, AIG……….) *Familiar for (Inverters, Batteries, Diesel ……….
