* Job Role: * Implementing MS Dynamics GP (Financial, Distribution) * Implementing Dynamics AX (Financial, Trade , Logistics, Production ) * Prepare financial reports on FRX & management report * Modify reports on report writer * Preparing projects implementation plans * Preparing projects status reports and follow-up * Preparing project definition and scope of work * Performing Business cycles analysis * Mapping business cycles into MS Dynamics GP or AX and preparing Functional design. * Perform end user training and pilot run for MS Dynamics GP (Financial, Distribution) * Start perform end user training and pilot run for MS Dynamics AX (Financial, Trade and Production) * Performing audit procedures to make sure of the compliance of the cycles are performed according to the pre-designed cycles * Performing skilled project sign off * Supporting customers

Perform all daily procedures for accounting department Work upon (Great Plains)

* Receiving purchase invoices according to the order after verifying all the * necessary approvals. * Reviewing the approved Purchase prices to be applied on all Purchase * invoices. * Registering the purchase invoice (Great Plains). * Filling the serial invoices that Received from the vendors. * Sending the purchase invoice to treasurer to be paid. * Appling the Vendors payments on the related invoices. * Preparing (weekly, Monthly and/or Quarterly) Vendors ageing reports. * Performs accounts Payables duties and ensure expenditures are charged to * appropriate accounts. * Preparing all the necessary documents for the withholding tax quarterly * reports. * Assists with the coordination and preparation of information for external * audits. * Preparing all the related accounting entries (Great Plains). * Assists in preparing financial reports & monthly statement
