I am a preemptive ambitious Chief Information Technology Officer and a believer in the power of professional planning and management to improve market share and profitability. For me, IT is not about adopting most modern technology; it is more about being enablement for the business to perform smarter, be more efficient, and give business a competitive edge over the market. Moreover, use the technology to open doors for new revenue streams and allow business to lead. I have worked more than 25 years providing IT Business solutions for different business domain such as Health Care, Oil and Gas, Government, and Education in different geographic regions. This gives me very strong broad knowledge and experience dealing with IT projects in addition to the awareness and capabilities of dealing with different culture and backgrounds. On 1998 I have acquired my BSc. in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt followed by MSc. in computer science from University of Louisville, Kentucky, USA in 2002, and finally the Doctoral in Business Administration from Maastricht Business School, Holland in 2012. I have a proven working experience in leading and managing IT in large organizations. I have successfully managed transformational phase for the IT including org. restructure, systems, infrastructure revamping and integration, and business solutions deployment. I have a wide deep knowledge on most management tools, strategic planning, decision making, data computing, business solutions, and working with people. Coupled with my research capabilities I have possessed sound management skills that enable me to contribute effectively to most of IT implementations and projects achieving highest customer satisfaction. I believe that I have profound knowledge in different domains in managing business applications and solution such as ERP, CRM, back end and transactional solutions, Mobile Solutions, Data warehouse, BI, and Managed Service; in addition to Infrastructure Solutions including data center management, connectivity, assets management, storage, security.
