Plan, direct, and monitor all supply and logistics activities to ensure a cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers. - Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. - Activities may include: materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution. - Allocate resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards. - Liaise with functional and operational area managers (e.g., in customer service, sales and production planning) to ensure supply activities are integrated with other parts of the business. - Select and manage ongoing relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub¬contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory standards of service. - Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met. - Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets - Qualifies new suppliers and manages the performance of existing suppliers in accordance with supplier management procedure. - Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies. - Working within an ERP system in a standardized pricing system - Creation of purchase orders using JDEdwards - Negotiating with vendors for best quality and lowest price with on time delivery - Maintain vendor/supplier relationships and accounts - Generation of Reports and monitoring of open PO list and Metrics

· Mange all lifting operations, examinations, and certification system. · Carrying out Lifting Plans for Fugro Egypt workshop & remote locations. · Carrying out inspection and load test on several lifting Equipment & Lifting gears. · Certifying all Lifting Equipment (Cranes, Winches, Containers, BOP Winch, slings, shackles & etc.) · Co-ordinate the jobs with the clients. · Training of work force.

· On-the-Job Training for ERP systems (MMS, GMS, DMS, & QMS) · Database & System Administration · System Trouble shooting, Upgrade, & Installation · Reports Developing & Editing (Crystal Reports Writer) · Follow up purchasing cycle (material requisition, request for quotations, quotations, evaluations, purchasing order, shipping, delivery, stock update) · Follow up contracts cycle (Bidders Invitation, Offers, Contracts, Amendment) · Follow up Maintenance Cycle · Issue reports to management to follow up on last status of the department

· Meeting indoor & corporate sales targets for Jarir IT products. · Sales of Both Software & Hardware products to end users.
