I am the Co-founder and CEO of DELOS, an aquaculture technology company shaping the next chapter of global shrimp farming. Our purpose is simple but demanding: to turn shrimp into a reliable, high-quality, and sustainable source of protein for the world. Founded in 2021, DELOS is built on the conviction that aquaculture can be both disciplined and transformative. We focus on strong governance, continuous yield improvement, and rigorous cost efficiency while investing in farm-to-table infrastructure that ensures the highest standards of product quality and traceability. What sets us apart is not just what we grow, but how we grow: professionalizing an industry often defined by fragmentation, embedding data and technology into daily operations, and holding ourselves accountable to global benchmarks of excellence. Before founding DELOS, I spent close to a decade in corporate & investment banking advising public sector and top-tier local corporates across energy, resources, and financial institutions. Today, I draw on that experience to lead a team committed to building one of the most trusted names in global seafood. My role, at its core, is to shape vision into execution. Proving that aquaculture from Indonesia can meet the world’s highest expectations for quality, reliability, and scale.
