Responsible for preparing and managing Project schedule for Riyadh Metro Project- Operation and Maintenance. • Tracking and monitoring project progress and reporting any slippages and critical paths. • Preparing S-Curves and other required graphical representations for Project and Progress review meetings. • Creating a Recovery plan in case of any delay in the projects. • The software used were MS project and Primavera P6, depending on the Clients requirement.

Project Planning & Control Engineer • Responsible for preparing Project schedules for Power transmission projects upto 400KV voltage levels. • Tracking and monitoring project progress and reporting any slippages and critical paths. • Preparing S-Curves and other required graphical representations for Project and Progress review meetings. • Creating a Recovery plan in case of any delay in the projects. • Worked for the projects throughout the Kingdom (Qassim, PP10, Hail 3 etc.) • The software used were MS project and Primavera P6, depending on the Clients requirements. Resource Planner • Responsible for the planning of resources for Energy Management, Customer Services. • Preparation of periodic plans on standard templates and reporting the productivity of the department. • Co-ordination with various Business unit of Siemens and Clients for the resource requirements and then incorporating in the master plan to serve them better. • Dashboard management on Resource management applications and software when required by Middle East clusters. Cost Planning and Control • Apart from the above responsibilities, Cost planning was also a part of the job profile. • Responsible for accurately calculating / estimating the cost for Installation, Testing and Commissioning activities of Power transmission projects along with Risks and Opportunity Analysis based on scope and location of the project. • The cost then submitted to Tendering team for new tenders and then to project team after the project is awarded. • Responsible to monitor the cost during execution stage with in line of project time schedule making sure that the project is executed within the budget.
