• Drawing the Investment Strategic Plan aligning with the Group’s Business Plan, and managing the annual Investment Budget.. • Assuring the compliance with Investment procedure . • Managing all industrial projects from feasibility studies developed with plants, Group Technical Center “CTG- Italy”, throughout design, planning, execution, controlling, monitoring, to commissioning related to infrastructure development, Safety, Environmental, Human rights, Innovation, capacity increase and cost reduction, Capitalized maintenance, Alternative fuels and Coal. • Managing Mega Project contracts, following the International standards: World bank, FIDIC. Contracts’ preparation, throughout execution monitoring and controlling, managing variances and claims, up to contracts’ closing. • Monitor and Control investment projects; Budget, Cash flow, Plans, Schedules and set corrective action plans whenever deemed necessary. • Maintaining high level of communication channels with internal and external Stake Holders, as well coordinating with, local authorities: Environmental Ministry, Civil defense, and Gas supply companies, to provide information, garner acceptance for project’s, and providing the top management with periodical budget status and project/s progress. • Cooperation with Group Procurement Management in improving internal Policies and procedures for effective implementation of procurement cycle. • Overseeing Major shutdowns in coordination with Manufacturing/Maintenance functions insuring resources availability and managing maintenance related projects. • Leading a team of cross-functional project managers, and playing a role model; empowering, motivating team players to achieve targets. • Developing and implement Personal Development Plans to build the competencies needed for future career paths thereby creating added personnel value to the Group.

• Leading the operational activities for cement terminal through coordinate, manage and monitoring of: Maintenance, Production, Transportation, Logistics & Warehouse departments. • Prepare Annual Operation Plan in cooperation with Group Management “InterBulk –Lugano/Switzerland”. • Planning of the Operation and Capital investment budgets and controls execution of approved budgets & cash flow, respecting Group’s KPIs. • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures . • Insure Implementation of Group safety procedures, as Safety Committee Animator, to insure implementation of group safety policy. • Planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance and survey schedules for terminal’s machinery and assets; • Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, distribution of goods. • Plan, control & monitor production and deliveries schedules. Determine the human resources and material required, to meet production targets. • Carry out all Feasibility studies, and directing projects related to Capitalized Maintenance, Extensions and Upgrading. • Directing Vessel unloading Operations (Shipping, Unloading, clearing, Transport, Surveys, Port authorities, customs, claims, .). • Plan and manage Stores requirements, Control Inventories, validate all supplies activities, qualify & evaluate suppliers and manage contracts. • Coordinate with the S&M and Quality departments to achieve customer’s satisfaction, including On-site technical support. • Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures, tasks and accountabilities. Direct, Monitor, evaluate performance as well as salary administrate and training. • Insure compliance with local Authorities’ regulations, as well as community parties’ expectations, toward maintaining constructive partnership. • Prepare all necessary reports related to operational aspects.

• Manage Cement Terminals On-board company's self discharging vessels. Cement loading, storing, extracting, Packing and unloading system. • Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance & operational -related problems • Prepare Operation Plans, Producing & maintenance scheduling and Resources distribution. • Organize and Coordinate Production & Port operations, jointly with Chief officer, Receiver (customer) and Port Authorities, including production planning, operation scheduling, Logistics “man power, Heavy machineries, trucks”, Shipping & Clearing agents. • Directing Loading and Unloading activities, monitoring and control Operation progress and Production targets. • Planning and supervising the plant’s major shutdown repair and Dry-dock activities. • Manage corrective maintenance activities for plant vessels loading & unloading system “Compressors & Blowers, Conveyors & Air-slides, Packing machines, screens, screw conveyors, Motors, Diesel Engines, De-dusting, Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems.”. Planning, Organizing and implementing the preventative maintenance activities. Maintains and updates maintenance Logs. • Insure the quality of product, operational compliance with Authorities regulations, manage customers and authorities complains. • Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Carry-out periodical safety sessions to insure awareness and readiness. • Manage Plant’s on-board Stores & Workshops; Insure the Spares stock level, Control Inventories, coordinate procurement of supplies. • Managing and motivate multinational Plant’s & contractors’ Staff, assign responsibilities, schedule works, monitor and evaluate performance.

• Carry out On-board Maintenance and Repair activities; Gears, Motors, Pumps, Cranes, Hydraulic system, Diesel engines, Valves, Ship hull steel works. • Conduct Survey activities onboard vessels; “Load tests, Thickness measurement,”, and prepare all related survey reports. • Follow the Revamping and Fabrication works in Off-shore workshop. • Responsible for procurement activities; Tendering, Evaluation and supply of equipment, spares and consumables. • Manage and motivate company's maintenance and survey technician’s team, monitor and report performance.
