Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contracting, for equipment and spare parts required for airport catering units. Additionally, oversee the procurement of equipment and materials for building central catering production units for large-scale and giga projects.

My responsibilities are including all the daily purchasing activities such as reviewing supplies to ensure quality, assessing suppliers’ profiles and analyzing offers, monitoring stock levels, preparing and submitting detailed reports in relation to the purchasing department.

Responsibilities included: -Drafting and preparing contracts. -Reviewing and monitoring procurement activities along with standardizing the process across the group. -Running RFQs and RFPs. -Implementing new procurement systems in the company. -Non-trade Purchases.

I was responsible for sourcing new suppliers, daily purchases, reviewing supplies, ensuring quality, analyzing offers, submitting reports in relation to purchasing department.

Obtaining hotel requirements by verifying, preparing, forwarding purchase orders, verifying receipts of items, and authorizing payments.

Responsibilities included representing the company before courts and governmental agencies, assisting in daily office needs, and thoroughly handling applications for licenses and permits before various authorities.
