Main Responsibilities: • To manages daily support to Plant operations and co-ordinate with interdepartmental functional to carry out any other special activities in a smooth manner minimizing loss of the man-hours. The plant’s Production plan, minimizing downtime, mitigating the GMP related risks and always ensuring Engineering Excellence while supporting the goal of the organization .project management • Responsible for a number of core business areas which will assist with a range of diverse projects in Engineering, process improvements, technological solutions, innovations and modification of facility / utility projects. • Managing the work flow of all the Engineering and Maintenance Sections and personnel to effectively perform their duties by necessary guidance and decision making covering Maintenance (Production Equipment), Maintenance (Packaging Equipment), Utilities, HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Waste water treatments (WWTP), Calibration and workshop activities. • Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency (Power Saving, Waste Water, HVAC hibernation & Utilities RO reject recycling) • Managing front end & back end of the engineering department’s budget for CAPEX & OPEX. • Directing the work of engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Business Leadership • Responsible for working with other key stakeholders of the company securing the organization’s long-term financial growth by setting and implementing strategic goals and identifying process improvement/ innovation opportunities through sourcing, screening, and evaluating new projects and technological enhancements • Enforce the batch manufacturing as per cGMP requirements in order to obtain high quality products. • Support Technical Operations towards the implementation of the Engineering expertise to achieve overall production strategic plans • Lead the Engineering operations activities including - engineering and facility management. • Lead the development and implementation of new technologies, methodologies and systems to drive innovation thru Engineering in products manufacturing • Lead the new equipment Installation, commissioning and technical support for validation of GMP facilities and equipment • Meet or exceed customer service and internal department’s KPIs performance • Ensure effective communication and project plan alignment between end-users, Facilities Operations, maintenance, site services all departments regarding all facilities operation’s issues
