To own the operations and the support of all the network elements and systems ensuring business continuity and smooth operations with minimal or no outages. • To closely follow up on all operational issues of the company networks including all elements of the network starting from customer premises equipment to the core routers and transmission systems. • Develop sets of KPIs to monitor and measure network issues and report these KPIs on a regular basis to different teams and senior management. • To set network SLAs for all products and solutions in the network which to be agreed with suppliers and vendors. • To ensure 365x24x7 support for the network with clear plans and programs for continuous support • To develop and own all support programs including clear plans for escalations, problem resolution and multiple levels of support. • To optimize the network operations cost structure by introducing efficient techniques of work flow and employing tools for network monitoring. • To develop plans for talent retention and development. • To lead the continuous improvement effort through formal and informal training for the NOps staff including on-the-job training. • To be the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) to the senior and executive management for all network operations issues such as network outages. • To effectively lead the budgeting exercise for the Network Operations.
