• Diagnose and deploy necessary code fixes when PLC code issues are identified or suspected in Simatic Manager, S7-300/400, TIA portal. • Activate pre-defined workarounds or make temporary PLC code modifications when hardware failures are identified, to allow continued operation with minimal impact during repairs. • Drive and support change for MHE equipment and process improvement. • Use appropriate software to download configurations to non-PLC intelligent devices (e.g., Bar Code Readers, shuttle cars, local accumulation modules) that are part of the control system. • Roll out and monitor bug fixes, tuning, or code upgrades. • During operations, identify faulty Input/Outputs in code • Improve efficiency of the plant through code enhancement, e.g., improve gap time or improve the time a product crosses the divert or merge in the conveyor system • When needed, Help Engineers in fault finding in the electrical and control system. • Installation and commissioning of different VFDs

• Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance. • Taking and maintaining backups of different PLCs. • Installation of the inverter VFD (Parker AC10 , INVT 200A) and their parameters to save Energy. • Working on ongoing Automation and Control projects like changing the Relay logic to PLC S7-319. • Troubleshooting & Repairs of Electrical Faults. • Interpret electrical schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment. • Identify opportunities for improving electrical systems and processes. • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

To Maintain and Automate Industrial Machine.

• Responsible for the improvement and maintenance of the SCADA systems • Responsible for electrical Preventive, Reactive & Breakdown maintenance • Troubleshooting of electrical/electronic systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and ancillary equipment such as automated systems (robots and PLC controls) • Machine installations, Reading Electrical Drawings, machine improvement Projects • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, working with the engineering team • Maintaining KPI Boards

• Implementation of SCADA (S7-319) system. Which enables Real-time Monitoring of Machine utility and consumption to capitalize the outcome and usage. Software Sematic Win-CC 5.7.1 and TIA portal 16 • Implementation of Lean Management System which includes 5S, GEMBA Walk, VSM and more • Maintain the Health of the Machine by using GEMBA Lean Tool. • Energy Monitoring of different Flowmeters. • Inverters Installation (INVT). • SMD Soldering of electronic components. • Redesigning of old machines using PLC and controllers like Arduino. • Managing Team to get optimal output.
