* Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. * Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. * Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Municipality. * Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. * Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress; * Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors; * Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. * Preparing reports as required. * Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

* Supervised the survey works as per designed requirement. * Manage the masonry team for concrete works, Block work, Plaster and finishing. * Report the daily working progress to Project Engineer. * Arranging the mobilization works as per requirements and Corresponding with site Manager at site. * Supervised the sub-contractor works and measure work as per contract. * Deliver risk assessments, technical files and other technical documentation required by safety legislation and procedures. * Take the approval from consultant each activity according to the sequence of WIRs. * Co-ordinate with sub. Contractors and make sure the availability of material on each activity. * Make sure the work is going according to drawing and specifications
