* Duties and Responsibilities: *  Full responsibility for Dental Department including lab, sterilization and X-ray. *  Servicing Engineer for ENT units. *  Service Engineer for most of ICU, NICU, and OR equipment. *  Performing plan for new students training. * Accomplishments: *  Maintain a good relationship with end-users and maintain the good reputation of our service department *  Established guidelines for the service department to maintain high quality performance *  Recommended many points to the higher managements for improving the service department performance

 Duties and Responsibilities:  Service Engineer for Routine lab equipment’s – Chemical equipment’s-viruses equipment’s-Sick tissues equipment’s.

* Duties and Responsibilities: *  Giving technical assistance to customers (physician, nurses and technicians) and salesmen. *  Installation and Demonstration for end-users. *  Doing periodic preventive maintenance ( PPM ) visits (after sale service). *  Attending sales visits with the salesmen for the technical supporting. *  Performing H/W and S/W updates for medical devices. *  Should always be on standby for any call either maintenance or technical support. *  Involved in biggest projects of MOH such as EHLAL, HAJJ and PRISONS. *  Products include * o COVIDIEN - USA: Medical and Imaging health care systems. * o NATUS Medical Incorporated - Canada: EEG Brain Monitoring and Hypothermia Devices. * o PHILIPS – NETHER LAND: Second level support for Monitors, ECG, CTG, DEFIB. * PHILIPS - ULTRASOUND * Accomplishments: *  Maintain a good relationship with customers and maintain the good reputation of our service department. *  Established guidelines for the service department to maintain high quality performance.
