Managing day-to-day operations in purchasing, product & vendor management, receiving, warehousing, stocking and picking/shipping operations as well as carrier management2. Oversee financial management, systems, and controls.3. Coordinating with the Dispatch and the Billing Invoice department and provide meaningful reports to senior Management in timely and effective manner4. Coordinating the procurement of Raw materials for production and review data reports5. Meeting revenue targets on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis. Responsible for revenue and margins for all sales in the allocated accounts.6. Managing and maintaining decent relationship with vendors/OEMs to ensure their support in getting leads/enquiries and throughout support in sales and purchase.7. Maintain the total production and sales report in our unit, and also check bank book and cash book. (All accounts maintain in ERP/SAP)8. Conduct continual analysis and evaluation of strategic information (revenues, freight cost, manufacturing operations, etc.)9. Prepare MIS report.
