With over 14 years of experience in digital technology and SaaS development, I have a passion for growth hacking and meaningful engagement of stakeholders across various sectors, such as healthcare, life science, retail, IT, and BFSI. I joined Phenom in Sep 2020, after being a founding member and head of product and business alliances at Talentrack, a start-up that revolutionized the media and entertainment sector hiring. There, I worked across functions and departments, from UI/UX and product design to platform adoption and traction, to strategic partnerships and marketing. We contributed to Talentrack becoming the largest platform in terms of adoption among both creative talent and recruiter segments. At Phenom, I leverage my skills and expertise to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that enable our clients to attract, engage, and retain the best talent.
