Was responsible for the seamless merger of Satyam Navigation within Satyam Computers. To make the erstwhile independent group an integral part of the new organisation and ensuring that there is no team attrition on this account.

Held a key position in the GE IDC team, responsible for over 50% of the group's resources, also incharge of the Resource Planning and Execution on behalf of the circle. Other responsibilities included ISO 9001 implementation and project execution for several product lines.

Founded the GIS venture for parent company Satyam Computer Services, then a 500 mn US$ company, NYSE:SAY. Responsible for taking it from cash positive to immensely profitable.
