Managing a complete IT organization of 120 plus staff and reporting directly to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis. Responsibilities included managing three business units; professional services (Managed Services / IT Staff Outsourcing), IT Software Development and Product Implementation. This included budget forecast, sales forecast, cash flow handling, driving the sales team, recruitment process, project management, client management and subsequent contract negotiations, project planning, change management and complete project review with multinational clients and our multicultural team.

Head of IT & Professional Services (Outsourcing) Businesses for Ringzero in Thailand. This role was to manage end-to-end business operations and to be accountable for the P/L of the operations. This involved establishing, managing and improving various processes in the sales, IT delivery and HR related domains to improve efficiency and bring cost effectiveness to the operations. It included client handling, establishing long term business relations with clients, contract review and negotiations. It also involved creating sales forecasts and cash flow projections for the business and managing the P/L of the business. I was responsible for driving and managing the sales team of Ringzero, handling outsource IT professionals at the client sites and the internal HR recruitment team of Ringzero Networks.
