Managing the entire HR spectrum for the India/ SA office( Bangalore/ Johannesburg/ Nigeria offices) Initiatives: • Responsible for design and implementation of all organization policies and processes across the organization. Talent Acquisition: • Conducted end-to-end recruitment for all the open hiring needs.. • Developed productive relationships with top universities and colleges for graduate hiring Human Resource Operations: • Executed monthly feedback sessions as well as annual performance feedbacks • Ensured statutory compliances for Provident Fund, ESIC, Gratuity, etc Reporting directly into the Group CEO of the organization, handling a team of 10 odd members( 5 direct reportees)

Key Achievements: • Successfully hired 6 sprint teams for the Next Generation process, the first product line under the acumen of Altisource Labs. It was a pilot project and we successfully ramped up the team within a span of 4-6 months. • Instrumental member of the AS leadership hiring team; hired and placed 4 Directors/ Senior Directors, 2 VPs and a couple of Senior Managers/Product Managers/ Technical Architects across different Business lines. • Talent advisor and collaborator, working closely with the Leadership team spanning geographies (India/ Atlanta/ Boston)

Was associated with CG, Bangalore as a Sr. Consultant from May 2010 till 2011 end. Managed a team of 5 resources, working on niche mandates, dabbling with different clients and mandates. SPOC for the entire Sogeti recruitment related activities in Bangalore, catering to multiple segment of hires. Engaged in daily/ weekly sync -up calls/ updates with various stake- holders. Key Achievements: • Reduced TTF (Time to Fill) and CPH (Cost Per Hire) to the highest possible level. • Recruited over 500 candidates for Microsoft Application project in a duration of 6 months. • Conducted recruiting presentations and design employment packages to successfully attract ideal employees • Involved with Leadership Hiring and high level/confidential positions for the company. • Successfully organized multiple Walk-in Drives pan India. • Assess the strategic and annual operational plans of assigned project and develops strategic/tactical recruitment resources plans in response to operational requirements.

Handled effectively and meticulously the complete Recruitment life cycle process (Both Domestic and US, including International Bally locations). Interacting and formulating strategies with the delivery heads to understand the requirement, delivering on time, meeting deadlines. Received the prestigious “Kudos” Award in Bally Technologies for highest client satisfaction and closing on niche mandates for Bally Innovation Labs- Vegas/ Reno geography.
