As the City of Houston's trusted technical advisor for Surface Water Transmission Program-installation of large diameter water transmission lines (citywide), the program involves generating preliminary engineering reports, providing technical oversights during design for various engineers of record, supporting construction activities as City's representative. The role also requires providing program wide services such as generating Project Management Plan (PMP), developing a robust Program Management Information Services (PMIS), review of City's technical documents and workflows, generating monthly financial and project statusing reports, updating program schedules, and organizing workshops/seminars for the client to name a few. For Non-SWTP Projects my role includes the following tasks: Serve as the Client Service Manager and support BGE's client management & sales efforts; Managing and serving as lead Project Manager on major water resources and infrastructure projects; Developing budget, scope and schedules and monitoring adherence for tasks and projects managed; Assisting with preparing design drawings and specifications; Completing management of key deliverables related to projects and tasks managed as well as projects and tasks managed by others; Providing high level planning and programming analysis work including preparation of technical documents/reports; Arranging, facilitating and preparing for meetings/coordination with major infrastructure clients at federal, state and local level; Building and managing relationships with key planning leaders for future infrastructure projects.

Supervised mutiple EPA Consent Decree program including Jefferson Parish Sewerage Capital Improvements Program involving a team of 15 engineering and 10 construction companies for executing close to 70 capital improvement projects; Lead design engineer for the Jefferson Parish water intake structure on Mississippi River. Scope of work included professional services, LDHH-DWRLF grant & permit application, preparing system improvement plan. Construction cost $14 million; Supported Program Management of $13 million LDHH-DWRLF St. Bernard parish Water Loan Program. Scope of work involved grant procurement, management of priority projects involving system improvements, line repairs, water tank rehabilitation. Assisted clients in successfully applying for $66 million in grants and loans for completion of various Capital Improvement projects; Perform loan and grant management services for federally/ state funded projects (HMGP, CWSRF loan, LDNR loan, DR/CDBG, EPA-Lake Pontchartrain Restoration grant, USDA-RUS); Perform professional services such as project scoping & evaluation, design review, constructability analysis, PS&E review, construction administration and project close out; Manage and allocate project funds and assist with invoicing and budget tracking; Coordinate permit application with multiple governmental agencies (EPA, DEQ, USDA, DHH, DNR, DOTD, Corps, and HUD); Provide technical recommendations in improving operational and energy efficiency of WWTPs and sewerage infrastructure and help protect the environment; Prepared Environmental Impact Document (EID), 20 Years Facility Plans, MS4 for clients as per funding or regulatory agency requirements; Prepared Jefferson Parish Storm Drainage Improvement plan which involved in storm water modeling (SWMM) analysis, identifying street flooding locations, preparing GIS maps, prioritizing and estimating flood prevention improvements.
