Role &Responsibilities: - Network Administration: - Configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure reliable and secure connectivity. Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance. Implementing network security measures and protocols. Server Management: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers. Monitoring server performance, capacity, and availability. Performing server backups and ensuring disaster recovery readiness. Cloud Infrastructure: Deploying and managing infrastructure on public or private cloud platforms (e.g. Acronis, Parablu, OneDrive, Google Drive And Drobox). Configuring and optimizing cloud-based resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking. Implementing cloud security measures and managing access controls. Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities. Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments. Installing And Managing Various types of Endpoint Security and Antivirus (e.g. Symantec, Trilex, Escan Etc. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitoring system performance, network traffic, and infrastructure health. Identifying and resolving technical issues and outages. Conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and procedures. Generating reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident resolution. Keeping up-to-date records of hardware and software inventory. Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives. Participating in infrastructure design and implementation projects. Managing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.

 Install and Configure Various types of Operating Systems and other software. Also routinely Analyzed, Diagnosed and Resolved complex technical issues of windows and software.  Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff. Also Providing training on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc.).  Installation and Configuration of VOIP Devices.  Make policy changes in Firewall(Sophos), that means creating, modifying and deleting Access Rules. Also Troubleshoot the connectivity issues in firewall.  Recommended configuration changes and system addition that optimized performance.  Handling IT Inventory database (both in soft form and file management).  Good Knowledge About Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Various Operating Systems (Windows Severs, Linux and Macintosh)  Launching Amazon EC2 Cloud instances using Amazon web services (Linux/ Ubuntu) and Configuring launched instances with respect to specific applications.  Installed application on AWS EC2 instances and configured the storage on S3 buckets.  Perform S3 buckets creation, policies and the IAM Role based Polices.  Windows, Software's and Drivers Installation and Maintenance.  Cloud Storage of data and software.  Configuration and Maintenance of various Networking Devices (Router, Switches, Firewall)  Operating Various Software's Like (DNS 12.5, N Computing Device. Team Viewer, Clonezila, VMWare6.0, Ghost Cloning, Net Monitor, CCTV Cameras and Biometric Devices.  Configuring and Maintaining VOIP Devices.  Network Configuring and Managing.  System Security.
