Since my appointment as MD & CEO in October 2024 and previously as GM/CEO since 2018 I have led The Vijay Cooperative Bank Ltd. through remarkable growth. Under my leadership, the bank’s deposits have grown from ₹373.00 crores to ₹558.00 crores, advances from ₹210.87 crores to ₹358.00 crores, and reserves from ₹73.72 crores to ₹127.15 crores, reinforcing financial stability and long-term sustainability. My expertise spans technology and banking solutions, with a strong focus on both rural and urban markets. Appointed as CEO after a fire accident and Rebuilded the Bank post fire disaster with total loss including data. Expertise in software, hardware,networking and of course Banking focused business in Rural as well as Urban venues. Demonstrated ability to identify and troubles shoot critical issues in impacting cost, disaster recovery, risk management, operations, support and financials.
