Compliance Adherence : Drive the efforts to implement ISO 9001:2015 quality systems and compliance adherence by identifying needs and expectations of all stakeholders. • Production Planning : Led the operations of 3 assembly production lines and 9 in-house manufacturing shops, managed perpetual inventory, planned and conducted Annual Inventory. • Business Development : Reconstructed the spare parts business model by meticulously develop planning structure for controlling of back orders, reduce its ageing and balancing inventory to ensure satisfaction to our 5 million happy customers. • MIS & PDCA : Analyzing and planning inventory on daily basis through MIS and reporting the inventory situation to top management every month through PDCA. • Material Management : Arranging materials as per requirement, preservation, proper tagging of newly received materials and updating location in the system. • Quality Control : Visual inspection, quantity and quality audit with department personnel.
