 Establishment of Analytical laboratory.  RoHS, VOC Testing, Odor Testing / Analysis as per National, International / OEM Methods especially in Hard-goods, Toys, E& E, Automotive Parts  To plan, organize and control day to day operation of the section as well as technical operations of the laboratory to meet customer requirements, in line with budgeted costs  Developing methods and processes in the lab in line of local and global business strategy  Identify training needs for chemists and technicians.  Check and issue reports for analytical work.  Deal with commercial divisions and customer on matters relating to analytical procedures and specifications  Verify the validity of test apparatus, analysis result and records of analysis.  Technical consultancy as and when required.  Participate in proficiency testing organized by Quality In-charge.  To act as overall in-charge for management of all technical operations of laboratory  Sign test reports after proper verification  Analysis of water samples as per BIS, APHA specifications.  Method development for the Pesticides such as Organochlorine, Organophosphorous, Synthetic pyrethroids, etc. as well as organic ,inorganic molecules by using GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, GC-ECD, GC-FPD.  Antibiotic analysis such as Nitrofurans, Sulphanamides, Chloramphenicol, Tetracycline from Meat, Shrimps, Honey, Milk samples on LCMSMS.  Documentation related to NABL as well as APEDA, FDA, EIC, AGMARK, BIS Approval.  Attended NABL, APEDA, AGMARK, FDA and EIC Audit  Wire transfer, L.C. opening, Custom clearance regarding import of an analytical instrument.  Extraction of Pesticide Residues from export quality Grapes, Pomegranates, Mangoes & detection of Pesticide residues by using Analytical and preparative instruments.  Documentation and data interpretation associated with Internal Alerts.
