Supervision of All activities of Electrical, Power Plant and UPPCL Work.

Operation  Supervising, monitoring and control of Operation activities and ensure power plant availability, efficiency with safety at work place along with plant machineries.  To ensure the maintain of smooth operation of power plant and maximize power export to Grid.  Continuous monitoring of aux power consumption, sugar plant power and specific steam consumption.  Daily monitoring and control of Electricity Generation & Export, Boiler, Power Plant & aux. consumption. Operation & Maintenance/Troubleshooting Operation, maintenance, repairing and overhauling:1x 120 TPH Sitson make multifuel Boiler of 67 kg /cm2 g pressure & 510+/-5deg centigrade temperature, fuel conveying system,1 No. x 27 MW Triveni make Extraction cum Condensate Turbine and 1x12 MW Triveni make Turbine, 1 x 3.00 MW Triveni make back pressure Turbine with its utilities, 1x2.5 Belliss make Power turbine & 1 x 120 TPH, 1 x 80 TPH Boilers having pressure 67 kg/cm2 and 1 x 45 TPH WIL make boiler having 45 kg/cm2 working pressure. Operation and Maintenance of 132 KV Switch Yard.Inspection and maintenance of LT & HT Breakers & transformers. Maintenance & Operation of 45 MVA Transformer of & Maintenance of 132/11 KV Sub Station (Outdoor & Indoor), Isolator, PT’s, CT’s, CVT’s & Lightning Arrestors etc. Load Management during the time of power crisis situation like Breakdown/shut down of single or both DGs, Grinding Halt condition or Grid failure. Also to maintain the contract demand (M.D.I.) sanctioned by UPSEB (132 KV supplier). Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of LT/HT Switchgear,ACB,VCB,SF6 Breaker, power & Distribution transformers up to 45 MVA,SWBD,UPS, MCC,PCC,APFC,GRP,GMP and DG up to 1000 KVA. Programming, operation and maintenance of VFD’s as ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Allen Bradley of different ratings at various stations as Power Plant, Boilers and Cooling tower.

Responsibilities    ▷ Operation and Maintenance of Switch Yard of 11/132 KV & 132 KV Transmission Line.  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of HT & LT Panels, Relays, Breakers and Motors.  ▷ Operation &Maintenance of Load Shedding System (LSS), Make- Siemens.   ▷ Operation and general maintenance of PLC's make ABB, Allen Breadly ,Schneider electric and Messung.   ▷ Testing of IR value of Motors and Generator.  ▷ BDV testing of Transformer oil.  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of Transformer ,Make: Kirloskar.  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of VFD’s, upto 250 KW Motor. Make: Danfoss , ABB, Amtech , Allen Breadly.  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of DC Drive, Make: Kirloskar.  ▷ Responsible for monthly JMR (Joint Meter Reading) and prepare Co-Gen bill, for UPPCL according to PPA.  ▷ Electrical Maintenance of 28 MW TG’S (10 MW(HT)+3 MW(LT)*4 T.G. Set, Make: BHEL & 6 MW(HT) Set, Make: VATECH).  ▷ Electrical Maintenance of Boiler System auxiliary of Capacity 80 TPH Make-IJT,40TPH Make-Texmaco,40TPH Make–IJT,90TPH Make-Walchand Nagar(WIL).  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of Governor Panels of All TG Sets, Governor Make - Dawson.  ▷ Operation and Maintenance of AVR (SES-12) of All TG Sets-Make Sanalec.   ▷ Responsible for minimum break down of electrical machinery.  ▷ Responsible for saving electricity by all means.  ▷ Maintenance of all electrical systems.
