My experience spans commercial, manufacturing, R&D, quality, regulatory affairs, and supply chain functions.I have also been involved in strategic transactions, business restructuring, and post-acquisition integration initiatives, including the divestment and successful transition of Nectar Lifesciences' pharmaceutical business.Today, I am proud to be associated with one of the world's leading API manufacturing platforms, with over 20,000 MT of annual capacity, 250+ products, extensive global regulatory approvals, and integrated capabilities from KSMs to finished APIs, supported by world-class R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Systems.Beyond business, I believe enduring success is built on ethics, ownership, accountability, and people development.
