Also involves identifying economic indicators, business trends and financial policies to create probable scenarios. • Periodically seek dialogue with companies/onshore analyst to discuss earnings quality, long term strategic road-map and financial policy matters. • Assist in performing covenant analysis to foresee liquidity crisis that could potentially deteriorate credit quality. • Assist in assessing impact of transaction, like M&A, sale of division, recapitalization, etc, and arriving at a likely post transaction rating within a quick-turnaround time; Helping in publishing credit reports as required.
