I was super-visioning 6 branches, including: Ahwaz, Shiraz, Isfahan, Amol, Gorgan, & Yazd in operations. There were 5 distinct areas that the branch managers reported to me on a weekly basis: - Account Receivables - Payment Conditions - Distribution - Warehousing - Quality Management System My job included a lot of travels to these 6 cities and conducting meetings with operations teams. I visited each branch every month.

I served as a supply chain planning expert in the Golrang Industrial Group's chain stores company, i.e. Ofogh Kourosh, in which I monitored all the processes from purchasing the products from the suppliers, storing them in the warehouses, and all the way delivering them to the stores on the shelves for customers to buy. The position that I filled required an exhaustive look on the company and high analytical skills, therefore, I was almost involved in all of the ongoing projects in the company and took part in the important sessions on a daily basis.

I was on a Research appointment with IE Department of College of Engineering at University of Miami. I Applied Social Network and Statistical Analysis Techniques in New Product Development and Marketing areas. During this period, I developed my research qualities as well as encoding and software utilization skills.

Mohammadamir was the publication manager of Industrial Engineering Journal of Sharif University of Technology in his Junior year. He was responsible for Coordinating time tables for paper submission and bringing in financial sponsors. Other than Publishing journal issues, he was in charge of training the future publication manager.
