Marun Petrochemical Company One of the largest projects in Mahshahr and is the 7th Olefin project which is designed to produce 1,100,000 tons ethylene, 200,000 tons of propylene and 85,000 tons of which is Banzene annually. Successfully installed and built all mechanical and erection operations. Also installed cracking heaters which include steel structures and all internal equipment related to the heaters. Completed heavy lifting operations, pre commissioning and assistance for commissioning of the project. All construction and commissioning works were finished in 2004 with approximate manpower of 1540000 man/hours. This Project finished on time and 800,000 under estimated budget. Bou Ali Sina The 3rd Aromatics Project The 3rd Aromatics Project is located in North West of the existing Bandar Imam Petrochemical Complex (BIPC). The site produces light and heavy naphta it will also produce paraxylene & Orthoxylene for domestic use and Benzene for export. All Construction and Commissioning works finished in 2004 utilizing approximately 4.6 million man/hours. This Project finished on time and 1,000,000 under estimated budget.
