اهلاً ✋ مدير إبداعي / ومنتج خبرة تتجاوز 12 عامًا في ، ادارة المحتوى المؤسسي و الإبداعي، والمشاريع الثقافية والفنية، والإنتاج الإعلامي، والتسويق والاتصال. بدأت الرحلة في التصوير الفوتوغرافي، من خلال مشاريع شخصية في الفنون البصرية وتصوير الأزياء مع علامات مثل روبنسونس وهارفي نيكلز وشركة الاتصالات السعودية ، موبايلي. لاحقًا انتقلت إلى عالم الإعلانات، قدت فرقًا إبداعية وأنتجت حملات سينمائية لشركات كبرى. كما كتبت وأخرجت وأنتجت فيلمًا عُرض في مهرجانات سينمائية، مع الاستمرار في مشاريع شخصية في التصوير المفاهيمي وتصوير الأزياء. وفي القطاع الثقافي، عملت تحديدًا في مجال تطوير الحرف وبرامج تدريب الحرفيين، إضافة إلى قيادة معرض فني عن الحرف اليدوية . شغفي دائمًا ان احول الأفكار إلى مشاريع حقيقية تُحدث أثرًا. Hello ✋ Creative Director and Producer Over 12 years of experience in creative direction, arts & culture projects, media production, and marketing & communication. The journey began in photography, with personal visual arts projects and fashion shoots for brands like Robinsons and Harvey Nichols. Later moved into advertising, leading creative teams and producing cinematic campaigns for major clients. Also wrote, directed, and produced a film that was screened at festivals, while continuing personal projects in conceptual photography and fashion. In the cultural sector, worked specifically on crafts development and artisan training programs, and directed an art exhibition about handicrafts. Always focused on turning ideas into projects that make real impact.

عملت على وضع رسالة المنظمة وأهدافها وقيمها بما يتماشى مع الثقافة السعودية. وانتاج مواد إعلامية ومرئية واضحة ومتناسقة. قُدت اعمال إنتاج الفيديوهات والصور للترويج للحرفيين وأعمالهم. كما كنت مسؤول عن اعداد تقارير التواصل والتطوير الخاصة بالحرفيين لعرض التقدم والتحقق من النتائج. عملت كمدير مشروع مشارك في معرض “قرية الحرف” ضمن أسبوع الحرف السعودي "بنان" 2023، مع فريق من مديري المشاريع من إيطاليا. قدت بالتوازي معهم لتخطيط وتنفيذ ستة أعمال فنية حرفية كبيرة مستوحاة من التراث السعودي، تم إنجازها بالتعاون مع حرفيين ومصممين دوليين. عملت كعضو في اللجنة الإشرافية والإدارية لورش العمل والبرامج التدريبية الخاصة بالحرفيين (بيت الحرفيين في الرياض ). وقدمت الدعم للحرفيين بخطط وتقديم ورش عمل تساعدهم على تطوير أعمالهم وضمان استدامتها. Worked on setting the organization’s message, goals, and values to align with Saudi Arabia’s culture. Made sure all media and visual content was clear and consistent. Produced videos and photos to promote artisans and their crafts. Also prepared monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to show progress and results. Co-Project Manager for the “Crafts Village” exhibition during Saudi Craft Week بنان 2023, together with a team of project managers from Italy. Led the planning and delivery of six large art installations inspired by Saudi heritage, created with artisans and international designers. Worked as a member of the supervisory and administrative committee for workshops and training programs for artisans. Supported artisans with plans to grow their work and keep it sustainable.

عملت على تنفيذ وادارة خطط مشاريع تنفيذ الانتاج المرئي من البداية حتى النهاية. العمل على انشاء جداول التصوير و الميزانيات الموارد لضمان الالتزام بالوقت والتكلفة. والاشراف على مواقع التصوير والفرق الفنية، ومتابعة عملية الإنتاج بالكامل من التصوير حتى التسليم النهائي. Created, planned, and managed media projects from start to finish. Developed production schedules, managed budgets, and allocated resources to keep projects on time and within cost. Supervised filming locations and production teams, and oversaw the entire process from shooting to final delivery.
