Majorly associated with BFSI domain, have also worked on Pharma and Manufacturing domain. ⦁ My responsibilities include Understanding the requirement, sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating with the stakeholders for panels, ensuring ease during the interview process, following up with the team and the candidate for offer generation, managing stakeholders, vendor partners. ⦁ Depending on the requirement, effectively source candidates from varied sources such as LinkedIn, job portals, walk-ins, head hunting, internal referrals etc. ⦁ Handling multiple number of requirements at a time from Niche to Super Niche skills, Volume hiring. ⦁ Carrying out Recruitment drives -conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per the business requirements. ⦁ Achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual hiring targets to achieve the manpower projections. ⦁ Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation of candidates, generating and publishing weekly, monthly and quarterly hiring report. ⦁ Guiding team members with skills combination, helping new Joiners in understanding the process. ⦁ Maintaining database on day-to-day basis. ⦁ Partnering closely with the stakeholders to ensure their hiring needs are met effectively and efficiently.
