Greeted customers, explained the concept of the Escape Rooms to them and informed them of the health and safety procedures in the building before providing real-time support to customers while they attempted to solve the puzzles in the room. Responsible for the direction of other staff members ensuring that the team ran as effectively as possible. Ensured all customer requests were achieved and dealt with customer complaints when necessary. Addressed and organised large groups, improving my public speaking skills as well as my administrative skills.

Completed a Summer internship with Boston Scientific. During this internship, I completed Boston Scientific's GROW program, an internal development program. While taking part in this programme I attended weekly classes. These classes helped me to develop skills in a variety of areas, such as emotional intelligence, problem-solving, presentations, lean operations, public speaking as well as other technical and soft skills. Throughout the Internship, I worked full time as a product builder. Responsible for running the flo-switch sub-assembly machine and ensuring all units were functioning to the desired workmanship and medical standards, free from contamination.Also responsible for operating the lamination and decore machine. Running two machines taught me the importance of prioritising tasks and multitasking I ensured daily and weekly production targets were met on time and in full.
