• Conducted detailed diligence on investment opportunities in ecological restoration across Latin America. • Led weekly pitches to potential Limited Partners and developed relationships and deal pipeline with project developers. • Researched and authored numerous articles on nature-based solutions, regenerative agriculture, and the voluntary carbon market.

• First cross-functional hire to both underwrite and manage Prudential's $1bn sustainable investment portfolio across both the Private Credit & Equity and Real Assets platforms. • Invest $1-50+mm in transactions achieving social and environmental outcomes across several asset classes, including private credit, venture capital, private real estate debt & direct equity, and direct equity co-investments. • Key member of the business unit’s platform commercialization efforts, which include new fundraising, product development, and associated legal documentation to scale and expand Prudential’s impact investing model. • Independently authored new product proposals and associated market research on several different concepts including property technology, sustainability-linked loans, and a diverse manager fund strategy. Presented proposals to PGIM senior management overseeing a $200+ bn portfolio of commercial real estate.

• Sourced, structured, underwrote, and executed senior debt (investment grade & high yield), mezzanine (subordinated debt & structured preferred), and equity investments in middle market companies in an industry-agnostic approach. • Actively partook in every stage of the deal process while managing a portfolio of $1.5 billion consisting of 18 senior debt and mezzanine investments in companies ranging from $10mm to >$1bn in EBITDA. • Independently conducted in-depth industry research, authored internal investment memoranda, and presented at investment committee. • Educated, managed, and allocated work streams to junior investment analysts. Led onboarding training of new analysts and authored several instructional reference guides. • Developed dynamic financial models (integrated three-statement models with capital structure assumptions, forecasts, and sensitivity/scenario analysis) to evaluate a variety of potential transactions including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and mergers & acquisitions. • First team member to independently author industry research and market outlook on Edge Computing and the future of distributed cloud technology. Presented conclusions at regional off-site to more than 50 colleagues.
