Summer internship following first year of university based in Barcelona. Ogun is a start-up digital project management tool, designed to increase efficiency of project management in the construction industry. This role included selling the product in person, by phone and by email. Sourcing, trialing and setting up a CRM system. Setting up and maintaining customer service, by phone, in person and live chat. Training customers to use the software – meeting with clients and training them. Partaking in group strategy days and ‘hackathon’ development sessions.
