Identify opportunities and most relevant business approach for partnership network growth. Propose business strategy based on permanent campaigns performance analysis, to drive new business value. Coordinate onboarding of new merchants in ING Shopping Platform, scale-up to cover all markets, onboard global brands on the platform, coordinate management and growth of partnerships and communication campaigns to boost usage in all markets. Coordinate product development and ensure performance KPI are met.

Job objective: Manage the existing Corporate portfolio from the assigned area and bring new Corporate customers into the ORO network Promote Orange image and Orange products and services. Main job responsibilities and specific activities: Execution responsibilities / activities - set SMART objectives and regularly check the results, including the corresponding indicators. Operational (incl. Planning) – managing the existing Corporate portfolio from the assigned region; - Prospecting the market with the scope of finding potential clients; - Visiting customers from the portfolio, daily and scheduled, for monitoring and retention; - Sign commercial contracts with the corporate clients according to the internal procedures - Bring new Corporate customers / strategic accounts from competition

Sales - Promote and sell Orange services and products following the Orange Shop sales process in order to maximize sales. Power of attorney - All Manager’s duties and activities when left in charge Customer Service - Exceed customer’s expectations in order to establish and improve customer relations. Product knowledge - Acquire full and up to date knowledge of Orange products and services - and competitors as well -, in order to meet customer needs. Administration and stock movement - Perform all relevant administration in line with company policies and procedures so that customer needs are meet and business risks are minimized. Presentation - Maintain shop and personal presentation standards in order to provide a professional image of the brand and its values. Security and Safety - Adhere to Orange shop policies and procedures in respect of Security, Health and Safety to provide a safe and secure environment. Team work - Actively participate in the Shop Team and contribute to the team achievement of the Retail Channel objectives. MAIN ACCOMPLISHMENTS Implementing local sales offers; Conceiving and sustaining the activities of promoting the Orange Shop on the local market; Coaching the new employees from Orange Shop all over the country as part of the Orange Fellow Program; Successful accomplishment of all activities performed by Shop Manager ;
