I am a keen advocate for the benefits of physical activity on health and wellbeing for all adults. My main interests lie in the benefits for older adults and those with long term conditions. I completed a PhD in 2016 investigating the effects of dance and exercise to music for people with Parkinson's disease. I am also a committee member and research champion of the West Herts Parkinson's UK branch and work with the local development Parkinson's UK team as an exercise advisor. I am a keen netball player and play most weekends with my wonderful team Ospreys and enjoy snowboarding and baking my weekends away!
