Since starting at Eadie this role has evolved from Finance Management to include all international shipping tracking and management, delivery coordination, dispatch management, warehouse management, undertaking of transport RFQ's, Warehouse Safety, Operational efficiency optimisation and career path planning/ training management for my staff.

My main responsibilities include: Demand planning, supply planning and managing inventory for all point of sale items. Managing relationships with international suppliers, sourcing and managing local suppliers. I am part of the global S&OP team, manage import classifications and customs queries for all inbound and some outbound freight. I am responsible for replenishment planning company owned stores. Reporting on forecast accuracy, monthly and weekly, stock in transit, warehouse capacity planning and space forecasting. I have managed item creation in host system AX and worked on the following projects: * Project Manager on the implementation of Demand/Supply Planning IT Solution Logility * Project Manager on campaign 3PL project moving 750CBM of point of sale material from 14 different shipped to and stores at a third party warehouse, then picked and distributed to over 400 stores throughout Australia & New Zealand * Implementation of parts lifecycle maintenance for all point of sale items
