Ambi Build was founded in 2023 by local businessman Ambi Singh, through his passion for creating, designing, planning and development of businesses, construction and building projects. With over 20 years of business experience, namely in Project Management roles and having built a reputation for high-quality workmanship and having an enthusiasm to learn fast and the determination to succeed have helped complement the skills which have served him well and to form his own company, Ambi Build. ​We look forward to becoming a leading construction business in the Midlands and Warwickshire, and our objective is clear - to deliver a high-quality build with an excellent level of customer satisfaction to all customers whilst maintaining a committed workforce.

Accountable for integrating prince 2 project methodologies and conducting stakeholder analysis. Engaged staff at workshops by presenting the vision, outcomes and project drivers for change. Coordinated and directed change readiness preparation for a large-scale enterprise resource planning project implementation with the largest module reaching approximately 8,500 users. Managed the delivery of several change projects across the organisation, ensuring compliance with the NMC’s business requirements, quality assurance, specifications and standards. Facilitated workshops to increase end user awareness and determine business processes. Conversed with the project delivery team to develop a plan for organisational readiness. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS; Deployed an innovative bruline software that monitored cellar dispensing at 3000 locations. Enabled several software application change initiatives throughout the national organisation. Led and motivated new project management office team across the UK with a shared focus. Collaborated with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure data migration, business assurance testing, user acceptance testing and system integration were planned and executed correctly.

Alleviated concern by managing organisational change following various business acquisitions. Monitored learning outcomes across business units to support system, process & change adoption. Established project governance structures and managed project finance, forecasts, budgets & costs. Assessed data to report on the delivery of project updates and highlight any risks or dependencies. Developed impact assessments to measure readiness and plans for change across the business. Presented updates to executives, supervisors, and veteran staff to manage a period of uncertainty. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS; Instrumental part of information technology upgrades and a SharePoint systems integration. Coordinated IT transformation projects including implementing various PeopleSoft concepts. Articulated a strategy to drive organisational change, project objectives and agreed deliverables. Composed user IT material and delivered training workshops to open communication channels. Increased operational efficiency by facilitating a technology refresh of servers, desktops & laptops.

Recommended and led training and mentoring to build staff capacity for technology applications. Authored various national / local grant proposals and created newsletters for Health Promotion. Worked alongside the Director of the School Health Programs to support change and IT initiatives. Prudently managed the budgets, allocation and agreed spend for 11 Wellness Healthcare programs. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS; Improved the quality of reporting by designing integrated databases to capture and simplify data. Enhanced service provision by analysing quantitative and qualitative data from feedback surveys.
